We've been listening to your feedback... and we're happy to announce a new PlayVox feature in the Performance application.
You now have the option to filter ticket types in your campaigns. This lets you filter tickets by different types: Question, Incident, Problem and Task. This will let you filter your entire campaign (your number of tickets, your tracked KPI's, score etc.) and make it easier to see the overall performance based on the ticket types.
This feature is available in the Performance application dashboard.
