We're excited to announce some recent changes and improvements we've made in the platform. We'll take a look at the new special features and abilities in the profile that will further help supervisors and agents have easier access to each others information and progress.
Scrapped the old profile and designed a completely different layout

Getting to know your fellow agent or supervisor is important in a call center, but even more crucial (especially for management) is to get a quick low-down on what your team has been up to. Before, the user profile simply gave an 'about me' summary. Now, when a profile is clicked, viewers are opened up to a quick and interactive summary.

 

The new profile has a simple toolbar (shown in the picture to the left) that is used to divide the profile for even more details. Read on to see what that includes...

 

 

 

1. Dashboard

Get a quick glance of your agents most recent activity. The general dashboard shows their Karma rank on a colorful point scale as well as how they won their latest points. The color bar lets them know where they currently stand and how many points they need to reach the next level. See their most recent accomplishments including badge and learning achievements.

2. Activity

Check out a filtered view of their public wall postings. Here you have the option to send them a message or comment on a post.

3. Basic Info

Here is where we saved the old profile information. Get to know your fellow agent better with a little personal information.

4. Karma

Get details of their karma points within the last 30 days and see a breakdown of how they were awarded those points.as well as a chart and listing of when those points were awarded.

5. Achievements

See the users latest learning badges here.

6. Learning

Like Karma, Learning has its own set of points. See your agents overall rank and points within the company, or see how they have been progressing by getting details on the number of taken courses, quizzes and their corresponding difficulty levels and scores.
