We are excited to tell you about some new features and enhancements to the PlayVox platform.
USER DATA MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS:
System administrators can now deactivate users as a status on a temporary basis. Deactivation maintains / archives performance, coaching, quality data for a user assuming they may be re-activated at a future date. The user will show up on dashboard views only for those time periods when they were active.
Reasons for User Deactivation
System administrators will also now be able to capture the reason for de-activation of a user – PTO, Seasonality, Family Leave, etc.
Ability to Delete Users Data.
This is a second option associated with User Deactivation. In this case a user can be deleted permanently from the system.
Deleting a user also permanently deletes any data associated with the user.
MANAGE / EDIT USER PERFORMANCE KPI DATA
System administrators now have the flexibility to edit performance KPI data that has been uploaded to the platform. This is intended to allow system administrators to edit isolated entries by agent, delete multiple KPI entries by agent by date, or add a new entry by agent by date.
DEFAULT / CUSTOM DATE FILTERS:
Set Default Filters
System Administrators can now set the default filter for time periods. This will determine the time filter presented to a user as first priority.
Create Custom Time Filters
System Administrators can now customize the time periods available for dashboard views. Create a filter name and set the start date and end date for the range.
LEARNING APPLICATION IMPROVEMENTS:
Enable timer for a quiz
Administrators can now choose to enable or disable the timer for responses to questions within a quiz. If enabled, administrators determine the length of time for responses to questions.
