5 New Capabilities to Increase Engagement and Quality Across Teams
1. Team Leader Performance View
Administrators and Program Managers can now view Team Leader performance from their main Performance Dashboard. New screen when you log in! Watch for it. Administrative platform gives quick feedback of leader coaching and quality.
2. Customized Time Period Filters
A new filter mechanism for choosing time period and date ranges for dashboards. We've added a quarterly view as well. Customize dates for easier configuration.
3. Performance Campgains for the Dates You Want
Option for weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Now you can set goals for metrics and performance campaigns by time period. Great when you are setting up shorter term campaigns for end-of-month or final quarter summaries.
4. Clone Performance Campaigns
Create multiple campaigns with the same data for different team members. Build and copy quickly! Edit/change users, description, title, etc. A huge help to those customers with large numbers of teams working against the same performance metrics.
5. Share Emoticons on the Community Wall
Spread the love and get emoticon happy. Extending communication between empoyees engages your agents to stay up-to-date and share successes.Your customer's experience and agent's motivation are our highest priorities.
