We are very excited to tell you about some new features and enhancements to the PlayVox platform.


Ability to set and track operational goals.    

System administrators can now indicate individual coaching, quality and recognition goals for admins and team leaders.  Each user with operational goals will now have an added dashboard feature showing their current status.





New Effectiveness Reporting.  

System administrators and team leaders will have new improved effectiveness reporting based on the Performance, Quality or General coaching types.



Internal Notes.  

An added ability to collaborate openly or privately with teammates within the feedback section of the coaching by using the @mention functionality.  





New Actions Announcement.    

Ability to send out announcements to multiple agents from the usage statistics page.

Added Usage Info.    

Ability to not only see the Last Login Date but also the Logged Time and Session Time.  







Enhanced graphic representation.    

New layout for better ability to follow conversations. Addition of notification bell inside of channels to keep users informed of any important actions needing their attention. Added functionality to download files added in conversations.
